The Best Song Ever

Hats off to Craig Campbell for tossing this my way. It actually made the rounds among these internets last year, but somehow I missed it.
A few things make this video completely awesome:
1) The front man’s direct stare into the camera and flawless enunciation.
2) The way he chose to place the lyrics.
3) The Steinberger bass. These headless, ugly basses came in with new wave.
4) The attempt at a breakdown, and bass solo, I think.
5) The four back up singers hiding behind the piano. Many of them are hideously ugly, which is why someone told them to huddle out of sight.
6) This is a pretty poppy song. Try to not hum it to yourself, at all, for a week after hearing it. Impossible.
7) Around 1:50 it gets really weird. Touch me deep inside, the Mounty reference, and to top it all off, ZAP!
8) According to Wikipedia, the band is getting back together, mainly because of the YouTube hits. Except the drummer, who apparently died in 1993 while choking on a sandwich.
